Task 1: Read the quotes below. What do they tell us about what Muslims and Christians believe about homosexuality?

And the two who commit [homosexual acts] among you, dishonour them both. But if they repent and correct themselves, leave them alone. Indeed Allah is ever accepting of repentance and merciful.

Surah 4:16

When a husband and wife share intimacy it is rewarded and a blessing from Allah; just as they would be punished if they had engaged in illicit sex.
